Refund and Returns Policy

At Anaykaari, each saree is crafted and curated with care. As an online brand, we ensure high-quality checks before dispatch.

Since our sarees fall under delicate, handcrafted, and customised categories, our refund and return policy is limited and designed to protect both the buyer and our company.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (different from the order placed).
  • Damaged product received (must be reported with videos within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Major weaving/defect issue not disclosed in product description.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind, dislike of colour/fabric, or draping style.
  • Slight colour differences due to photography/lighting.
  • Handloom irregularities (which are the mark of handcrafted products).
  • Products bought during Sale, Discount, or Festive Offers.
  • Customised or pre-stitched sarees/blouses.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at anaykaari@gmail.com with order details and clear videos of the product.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 working days, unused and with all tags intact.
  • Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations. In such cases, the customer must ship the saree to our return address at their own cost.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected by our quality team.
  • Refund will be issued as Store Credit / Coupon Code, valid for 6 months, and can be used for future purchases.
  • In case of severe damage/incorrect product, a full refund to the original payment method may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the same product.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we will issue Store Credit of equivalent value.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order, only 90% refund will be issued (after deducting processing and gateway charges).

6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • Sarees returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Repeated return/refund requests from the same customer may result in denial of future orders.
